离子色谱法快速分离八种阴离子和添加剂的研究

【摘要】：为了分离测定饮料中8种阴离子和添加剂,试验采用离子色谱法,色谱柱为Dionex Ion Pac AS19(4 mm×250 mm),流动相为24 mmol/L KOH溶液,流速为1.0 m L/min,抑制器电流为60 m A,柱温为30℃,压力为1 682 Psi,一次进样,10 min内达到完全基线分离。结果表明:本研究建立的检测方法具有快速、简便、灵敏的特点,可满足实际工作需要。
