自然界中同型手性起源的难题

【摘要】:手性和对称破缺是自然界的重要客观存在.从微观的粒子和分子到宏观的物质和宇宙星系,均存在不同水平的手性和对称性破缺,寻找它们的内在统一性是著名的科学难题.本文对2005年美国Science杂志公布的125个科学前沿问题之一"自然界中同型手性的起源"进行了解读,特别关注同型手性对生命起源和生命体系的重要意义,概述介绍了国内外学者的相关研究假说、理论和进展.
[Abstract]:Chirality and symmetry break is an important objective existence of nature. From microscopic particles and molecules to macroscopic matter and cosmic galaxies, there are different levels of chirality and symmetry breaking. It is a famous scientific problem to find their internal unity. In this paper, the origin of homotypic chirality in nature, one of the 125 frontier scientific issues published in 2005 in the American journal Science, is interpreted, with special attention to the significance of the chirality of the same type to the origin and system of life. The research hypothesis, theory and progress of scholars at home and abroad are summarized.
