氮杂环卡宾—钯络合物的合成及其催化芳基氯化物参与的C-N偶联

【摘要】:本论文工作中,主要合成了两类不同的氮杂环卡宾-钯络合物,且成功将其应用于催化芳基氯化物参与的C-N偶联:一、首先,我们合成了一类氮杂环卡宾-钯(Ⅱ)-1-甲基吲唑(吡唑)络合物。在优化的条件下,该类络合物可低催化量下、高效地催化芳基氯化物与伯胺和仲胺的C-N偶联反应,并且以理想收率得到目标产物。二、其次,我们又合成了一类氮杂环卡宾-钯(Ⅱ)-嘧啶络合物,也成功应用于芳基氯化物与伯胺和仲胺的C-N偶联反应中。
