焙烧温度对HZSM-5分子筛催化甲醇制芳烃反应性能的影响

【摘要】:以含模板剂的HZSM-5分子筛为载体,结合TG-DTA、XRD、SEM、BET、NH3-TPD及Py-IR等表征方法,分析不同温度焙烧脱除模板剂的HZSM-5的物理化学性质,并通过固定床微反装置考察其催化甲醇制芳烃(MTA)反应的性能。结果发现,模板剂分解温度区间在350~850℃,焙烧温度会对HZSM-5催化剂的物理化学性质和催化性能产生较大的影响,其中在焙烧温度550℃时,HZSM-5催化剂的比表面积、孔容和孔径最大,此时B酸中心与L酸中心的比例适宜,MTA反应寿命最长,芳烃选择性达到52.5%,苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX)占芳烃产物的66.9%。焙烧温度超过650℃时,HZSM-5分子筛孔道会随着骨架铝的迁移而坍塌,强酸中心逐渐消失,反应活性降低。
