双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺类离子液体对产紫青霉菌株全细胞催化特性的影响

【摘要】:研究了双三氟甲烷磺酰亚胺阴离子Tf_2N~-分别与5种不同阳离子组成的离子液体对产紫青霉菌(Penicillium purpurogenum Li-3)的生长、代谢、细胞膜透性及全细胞催化活性的影响.结果表明,[N_(1,4,4,4)]Tf_2N对产紫青霉菌的生长有促进作用,[Py_(14)]Tf_2N,[Bmim]Tf_2N,[BPy]Tf_2N和[P_(6,4,4,4)]Tf_2N 4种离子液体对产紫青霉菌的生长则均有不同程度的抑制.代谢活力保留值R的测定结果表明,[P_(6,4,4,4)]Tf_2N和[N_(1,4,4,4)]Tf_2N对产紫青霉菌体细胞表现出相对较高的生物相容性;5种离子液体对菌体细胞的细胞膜透性均有改善作用.全细胞催化反应数据显示,最优离子液体为[P_(y14)]Tf_2N,当其加入量为25%,反应84 h后,单葡萄糖醛酸基甘草次酸(GAMG)产率高达95.38%.5种离子液体对产紫青霉菌的生长、代谢、细胞膜透性及全细胞催化活性的影响不仅与阴离子Tf_2N~-有关,阳离子的组成、结构和性质也发挥重要的作用.
[Abstract]:The effects of bisfluoromethane sulfonimide anionic Tf_2N~- and five different ionic liquids on the growth, metabolism, cell membrane permeability and whole cell catalytic activity of Penicillium purpureus (Penicillium purpurogenum Li-3 were studied. The results showed that Tf_2N promoted the growth of Penicillium purpuricilli, and [Py_ (14)] Tf_2N, [Bmim] Tf_2N, [BPy] Tf_2N and [P6O4A4] Tf_2N inhibited the growth of Purple Penicillium to varying degrees. The results showed that the growth of Penicillium purpuricilli was inhibited in different degrees by [Py_ (14)] Tf_2N, [Bmim] Tf_2N, [BPy] Tf_2N and Tf_2N. The results of the determination of retention value of metabolic activity (R) showed that [P _ (6N _ (6) C _ (4)] Tf_2N and [(N _ (1) C _ (4) ~ (4)] Tf_2N showed a relatively high biocompatibility on the cell membrane permeability of mycelial cells. The data of whole-cell catalytic reaction showed that the optimal ionic liquid was [Py14] Tf_2N,. After the reaction was 84 h, the yield of glycyrrhetinic acid monosuronic acid (GAMG) reached 95.38.5 kinds of ionic liquids to the growth and metabolism of Purple penicillium. The effects of cell membrane permeability and whole-cell catalytic activity are not only related to anionic Tf_2N~-, but also play an important role in the composition, structure and properties of cations.
