DNA电化学传感器对金属离子检测的研究进展
[Abstract]:Due to the mismatch between DNAzyme,T-T and C-C and the binding of G- quad chains to metal ions, DNA electrochemical sensors based on the interaction of DNA and metal ions have been developed. In this paper, several new methods for metal ion detection by DNA electrochemical sensor are introduced, and the development trend and research direction of DNA electrochemical sensor for metal ion detection are prospected.
