吴茱萸汤颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂及传统汤剂中指标成分的含量比较

【摘要】:目的:比较吴茱萸汤颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中指标性成分的含量差异。方法:采用不同高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定吴茱萸颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量,并对含量测定方法进行考察。结果:颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱质量浓度之和分别为47.32,13.49,12.60 mg·L~(-1),颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂中二者的质量浓度之和分别为传统汤剂的3.76,1.07倍;人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1质量浓度之和分别为335.23,345.28,307.39 mg·L~(-1)。颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂中二者的质量浓度之和分别为传统汤剂的1.09,1.12倍。结论:比较吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量时,颗粒剂与传统汤剂相差较大,而配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂基本一致;比较人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量时,颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂与传统汤剂基本一致。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the content of index components in Ruozhouyu decoction granules, prescription granules and traditional decoction. Methods: (HPLC) was used to determine the contents of rutaecarpine, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in Evodia rutaecarpa granules, formulated granules and traditional decoction. Results: the sum of the mass concentrations of rutaecarpine and rutaecarpine in granules, formulated granules and traditional decoction was 47.32 (13.49) mg / L ~ (-1), respectively, and the sum of the mass concentrations in granules and granules was 3.761.07 times of that of traditional decoction. The sum of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 was 335.23345.28307.39 mg L-1, respectively. The sum of the mass concentration of granule and formula granule was 1.12 times of that of traditional decoction. Conclusion: when comparing the contents of rutaecarpine and rutaecarpine, the difference between granule and traditional decoction is great, while the content of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 is basically the same as that of traditional decoction, the content of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 is the same as that of traditional decoction. The formula granule is basically consistent with the traditional decoction.
