不同配体对邻菲罗啉稀土配合物荧光特性及温敏特性的影响研究

【摘要】:温敏漆技术是目前唯一的一种具有非接触式测量和全方位测量双重优点的测温技术。本文中以稀土氧化物(Eu_2O_3、Tb_4O_7、Sm_2O_3、Dy_2O_3、Y_2O_3、Nd_2O_3、ZnO)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、水杨酸(HSal)、肉桂酸(HCA)及邻菲罗啉(Phen)为原料,合成了不同配体的邻菲罗啉稀土配合物以及镝掺杂、钇掺杂、钕掺杂和锌掺杂Eu(MAA)_3Phen配合物。将所获得的配合物作为探针分子,以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基质制备相应温敏漆。采用红外光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和扫描电镜对探针分子的结构、发光性能、形貌和温敏漆的温度猝灭性能进行表征。结果表明,稀土离子均与主配体配位,Phen参与了配位,掺杂的不同金属离子未改变Eu(MAA)_3Phen结构。探针分子均出现较强π-π*跃迁吸收。在分别以Eu~(3+)、Tb~(3+)、Sm~(3+)为中心稀土离子,MAA、HSal、HCA为主配体,Phen为第二配体的9种三元配合物探针分子中,Eu(MAA)_3Phen具有最好的发光性能及温敏性能。钇对Eu(MAA)_3Phen的发光具有敏化作用,镝、钕和锌对Eu(MAA)_3Phen的发光具有不同程度的猝灭作用。所制备的温敏漆在25~65℃温度范围内均具有良好的温度猝灭性能。所获得的探针分子具有不同的形貌。综合分析得出,以钇掺杂Eu(MAA)_3Phen为探针分子的温敏漆具有更好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Temperature-sensitive lacquer technology is the only one with the advantages of non-contact measurement and omni-directional measurement. In this paper, rare earth oxides (Eu_2O_3,Tb_4O_7,Sm_2O_3,Dy_2O_3,Y_2O_3,Nd_2O_3,ZnO), (MAA), salicylic acid (HSal), cinnamic acid (HCA) and o-phenanthroline (Phen) were used as raw materials to synthesize the rare earth complexes of o-phenanthroline and dysprosium doped, neodymium doped and zinc-doped Eu (MAA) _ 3Phen complexes. The obtained complex was used as probe molecule and poly-methyl methacrylate (PMMA) was used as the substrate to prepare the corresponding temperature sensitive paint. Infrared spectra, UV-Vis absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the structure, luminescence, morphology and temperature quenching properties of the probe molecules. The results showed that the rare earth ions were all coordinated with the main ligand, Phen was involved in the coordination, and the structure of Eu (MAA) _ 3Phen was not changed by doping different metal ions. All the probe molecules exhibit strong 蟺-蟺 * transition absorption. Among the nine ternary complex probes with Eu~ (3), Tb~ (3), Sm~ (3) as the center, MAA,HSal,HCA as the main ligand and Phen as the second ligand, Eu (MAA) _ 3Phen has the best luminescence and temperature sensitivity. Yttrium sensitizes the luminescence of Eu (MAA) _ 3Phen, and dysprosium, neodymium and zinc have different quenching effects on the luminescence of Eu (MAA) _ 3Phen. The prepared temperature sensitive paint has good temperature quenching property in the temperature range of 25 鈩,
