基于HPLC-ICP-MS联用技术检测海产品中的三丁基锡

【摘要】:采用超声波辅助提取,结合HPLC-ICP-MS分析手段,分别以温度、时间、提取剂用量为单因素研究其对萃取TBT的影响。以这3个因素做正交试验,建立贻贝中三丁基锡测定的新方法。最优条件为温度35℃,时间30 min,萃取剂用量30 m L。以贻贝,大黄鱼和虾为典型代表物,在最佳条件测得三丁基锡回收率分别为90.55%,86.15%和88.25%。三丁基锡在0~100μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,其线性回归方程y=3 857.0x-5 528.2,线性相关系数R=0.9990,仪器的检测限为1μg/L。
