环糊精包埋方酰胺衍生物基化学探针的制备及其阴离子识别

【摘要】:制备了新型β-环糊精包埋方酰胺衍生物SA(1,2,3,8-四氢环丁[b]喹喔啉-1,2-二酮)的化学探针,用于I~-和NO_2~-的选择性识别.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了包合物与F~-、Cl~-、Br~-、I~-、PF_6~-、SO_4~(2-)、CO_3~(2-)、NO_3~-、NO_2~-的相互作用.结果表明,I~-和NO_2~-的存在下包合物溶液的紫外-可见吸收光谱分别在262和365nm处吸收强度显著增强出现特征吸收峰,揭示了探针对I~-和NO_2~-具有较好的定性选择识别,并通过滴定试验分别对I~-和NO_2~-进行了定量分析.
[Abstract]:A novel 尾 -cyclodextrin embedded derivative SA (1 ~ 2H _ 3H _ 3-tetrahydrocyclobutylamine [b] quinoxaline _ 1o _ 2-dione) was prepared and used for selective identification of NO_2~- and I ~ (-) in the presence of 尾 -cyclodextrin (尾 -cyclodextrin). The interaction between the inclusion complex and F _ (+) -C _ (1) -Br-C _ () ~ (-) ~ (2), CO_3~ (2-), NO_3~-,NO_2~- was investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis). The results showed that the UV-Vis absorption spectra of inclusion complex solutions in the presence of I- and NO_2~- were significantly enhanced at 262 and 365nm, respectively, and the characteristic absorption peaks appeared. It is revealed that the probe has good qualitative selection and identification for I- and NO_2~-, and the quantitative analysis of I- and NO_2~- is carried out by titration test, respectively.
