党参及其不同炮制品HPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】：目的:建立党参、蜜炙党参及米炒党参指纹图谱,为党参不同炮制品质量控制及炮制原理研究提供依据。方法:采用HPLC色谱法,Inertsil ODS C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长268 nm,对党参及其2种炮制品进行指纹图谱研究,采用指纹图谱相似度软件进行分析。结果:建立了党参及其2种炮制品指纹图谱,分别指认了党参炔苷和5-羟甲基糠醛2个色谱峰。蜜炙党参和米炒党参均增加了一个新成分5-羟甲基糠醛,党参经炮制后所含成分的量亦有不同程度的变化。结论:该法精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,符合指纹图谱技术要求,可作为党参炮制品的质量控制方法。
