低沸点溶剂中果糖制备呋喃衍生物的研究进展

【摘要】:从生物质出发可以制备一系列的呋喃衍生物,包括5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)、甲氧基甲基糠醛(MMF)、乙氧基甲基糠醛(EMF)。5-HMF是一种重要的平台化合物,以它为原料可以制备医药中间体、农药和塑料单体,MMF可以用作油品添加剂,EMF有望成为一种高能量密度的生物燃料而备受关注。本文介绍了近年来在低沸点溶剂中以果糖为原料制备5-HMF、MMF和EMF的研究进展。低沸点溶剂体系的优点是能在较低温度下通过减压蒸馏的方式挥发溶剂,实现产物与溶剂的低能耗简便分离,降低产物的分离和纯化成本,推动其大规模工业化生产。本文所述溶剂的沸点均小于100℃,不仅可作反应溶剂、萃取剂使用,还是制备MMF和EMF的反应物之一。最后,提出了在低沸点溶剂中由果糖制备呋喃衍生物所面临的挑战及解决策略,并对未来的发展方向进行了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:A series of furan derivatives can be prepared from biomass, including 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF). Methoxy methyl furfural (MMF), ethoxy methyl furfural (EMF). 5-HMF is an important platform compound. It can be used as raw material to prepare pharmaceutical intermediates, pesticides and plastic monomers. MMF can be used as oil additive. EMF is expected to become a kind of biofuel with high energy density. In this paper, the recent progress in the preparation of 5-HMFM-MMF and EMF from fructose in low boiling point solvent is introduced. The advantage of the low boiling point solvent system is that it can volatilize the solvent at lower temperature by vacuum distillation, realize the simple separation of product and solvent with low energy consumption, reduce the cost of separation and purification of the product, and promote its large-scale industrial production.
