通络醒脑泡腾片中4种成分含量的RP-HPLC法同时测定

【摘要】:目的建立通络醒脑泡腾片中4种成分的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相法(RP-HPLC),分析柱:Wondasil C18-WR色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速控制在1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm,柱温35℃。结果阿魏酸、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、藁本内酯线性范围分别为1.79~16.10ng、95.30~857.66ng、18.31~164.76ng、13.52~121.65ng;加样回收率分别为93.07%(RSD=1.18%)、101.64%(RSD=0.89%)、100.32%(RSD=0.98%)、95.59%(RSD=2.25%)。结论所建立的方法简便,准确,快速,可用于通络醒脑泡腾片的质量控制。
