【摘要】：目的建立HPLC法同时测定咳速停胶囊(麻黄、罂粟壳、桔梗等)中4种成分的含有量。方法咳速停胶囊三氯甲烷-浓氨提取液的分析采用Welch Ultimate~?XB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为流动相,等度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;柱温35℃;检测波长210 nm。结果吗啡、盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、磷酸可待因分别在8.054~67.12μg/m L(r=0.999 5)、22.31~185.9μg/m L(r=0.999 9)、21.26~177.2μg/m L(r=0.999 7)、1.212~10.09μg/m L(r=0.999 7)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为100.9%、101.4%、105.3%、106.2%,RSD分别为2.0%、3.6%、1.2%、1.2%。结论该方法快速简便,可用于咳速停胶囊的质量控制。
