黄管秦艽UPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】:目的:建立黄管秦艽和大叶秦艽的UPLC指纹图谱,对两者指纹图谱进行相似度评价,为其质量控制提供有力依据。方法:超高效液相色谱法建立指纹图谱,色谱柱ACQUITY UPLC湟BEH C18柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),流动相甲醇-0.04%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速0.3 m L/min,检测波长242 nm,柱温30℃。采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"(2004 A版)分析指纹区和特征峰。结果:标定了黄管秦艽13个共有峰,13批黄管秦艽药材都有较高的相似度(0.976~0.997),用于指纹图谱适用性检验的大叶秦艽与黄管秦艽也有较高的相似度(0.998)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于黄管秦艽药材的质量控制。
