HPLC法测定生脉注射液中特征成分莽草酸

【摘要】:采用液质联用法对生脉注射液中莽草酸成分进行确认,建立高效液相色谱法测定生脉注射液中莽草酸含量。采用液质联用法测定目标峰的分子离子峰m/z:173.08[M-H]-,与莽草酸对照品对比确认目标峰为莽草酸成分;色谱柱采用Synergi Hydro-RP 80A(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),以20 mmol/L的KH2PO4(H3PO4调p H至2.5)溶液为流动相,流量为0.6 m L/min,检测波长214 nm;莽草酸在0.02~0.64μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,精密度、重复性试验RSD分别为0.15%和1.49%,平均加样回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.56%。该研究首次确认生脉注射液中含有莽草酸成分,且该成分来源于五味子;含量测定方法准确、可靠,可作为生脉注射液中五味子成分质量控制检测方法。
