以低毒、廉价的铜盐作为催化剂,实现了邻烯基芳基异硫氰酸酯与叠氮化钠的串联双环化反应,简单有效地合成了一系列5H-苯并四氮唑并噻嗪衍生物.在该催化体系下,反应底物显示出良好的官能团兼容性和反应性,并以中高产率制备了5H-苯并四氮唑并噻嗪类化合物.该策略的提出为含氮、含硫小分子化合物的合成提供了一条方便的路径.
