【摘要】:低温熟料(LWC)以12CaO·7Al_2O_3(C_(12)A_7)和2CaO·SiO_2(C_2S)为胶凝性矿物成分,属于绿色水泥基材料。研究了低温熟料对硅酸盐水泥水化的影响,测试了水泥的凝结时间、早期化学收缩、力学性能和砂浆限制膨胀率,观察了掺低温熟料的水泥浆体微观形貌。结果表明,低温熟料促进了水泥水化硬化;10%低温熟料、75%P·Ⅱ硅酸盐水泥和15%粉煤灰构成的三元胶凝材料3 d、28 d抗压强度分别为31.0、68.2MPa,3 d、28 d抗折强度分别为6.3、9.5 MPa;复掺硬石膏,低温熟料提高了钙矾石生成量,可补偿水泥基材料的收缩。低温熟料可部分替代硅酸盐熟料生产通用硅酸盐水泥。
[Abstract]:The low temperature clinker (LWC) takes 12CaO 路7Altititio _ 2C _ 2O _ 3s _ s _ _ _ (_ _ _. The effect of low temperature clinker on hydration of Portland cement was studied. The setting time, early chemical shrinkage, mechanical properties and limited expansion rate of mortar were tested. The microstructure of cement paste with low temperature clinker was observed. The results showed that low temperature clinker promoted hydration hardening of cement.
