响应面法优化凹凸棒石尾矿中蛋白石制备水玻璃工艺

【摘要】:以凹凸棒石尾矿中的蛋白石为原料,通过响应面法优化水热碱溶制备水玻璃的工艺条件,在单因素实验的基础上,以水玻璃模数和SiO_2浸出率的加权平均值为响应值,根据Box-Behnken的中心组合实验设计原理对反应温度、液固比、碱硅比(NaOH与SiO_2质量比)进行优化,对实验结果进行方差分析和验证,分析了各因素的显著性和交互作用.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为反应温度110℃,液固比6 mL/g,碱硅比4.05:10,该条件下水玻璃模数和SiO_2浸出率分别为2.85和81.4%,加权平均值最大,为76.1,模型相关系数R~2?0.9921,响应曲面法模型与实验数据一致性很好.
[Abstract]:Opal from attapulgite tailings was used as raw material, and the reaction surface method was used to optimize the process conditions of hydrothermal alkali dissolution to prepare sodium silicate. Taking the weighted average of water glass modulus and SiO_2 leaching rate as the response value, the reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio were calculated according to the central experimental design principle of Box-Behnken.
