赤泥掺加量对保温装饰建筑陶瓷性能的影响

【摘要】:利用建筑垃圾、抛光砖废料和黏土为主要原料,通过掺加大量赤泥,制备保温装饰一体化建筑陶瓷材料。研究了赤泥掺加量对保温装饰一体化建筑陶瓷材料的体积密度、孔隙率、抗压强度、导热系数和软化温度的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对样品物相组成和形貌进行表征。结果表明:当赤泥的掺加量为35%时,制备的样品发泡均匀,气泡大小较一致,体积密度为0.25 kg/m3,孔隙率达到74.58%,抗压强度为9.87 MPa,导热系数为0.059 W/(m·K),软化温度为1170℃,耐燃烧性达到A1级。
[Abstract]:Use construction waste, polished brick waste and clay as the main raw materials, by adding a large amount of red mud. The volume density, porosity and compressive strength of heat preservation and decoration integrated building ceramics were studied by adding amount of red mud. The phase composition and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the content of red mud was 35%. The prepared samples have uniform foaming, uniform bubble size, volume density of 0.25 kg / m ~ (3), porosity of 74.58 and compressive strength of 9.87 MPa.
