铁碳微电解法从电解锰阳极液中提取硒试验研究

【摘要】:研究了采用铁碳微电解法从电解锰阳极液中提取硒,考察了搅拌速度、反应时间、反应温度、铁碳总质量浓度和铁碳质量比对硒提取率和铁溶出率的影响,分析对比了反应前后铁屑表面特征。结果表明:硒提取率随搅拌速度、反应时间、铁碳总质量浓度增大而提高,而受反应温度的影响较小;在铁碳质量比为2∶1时,硒提取效果较好;铁溶出率随反应时间延长和反应温度升高而提高,受搅拌速度和铁碳质量比的影响不明显;在搅拌速度200r/min、反应时间3h、反应温度30℃、铁碳总质量浓度3.0g/L、铁碳质量比2∶1条件下,硒提取率达96.52%。
[Abstract]:The effects of stirring rate, reaction time, reaction temperature, total iron-carbon mass concentration and iron-carbon mass ratio on the extraction rate and iron dissolution rate of selenium from electrolytic manganese anode solution were studied. The surface characteristics of iron chips before and after reaction were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the extraction rate of selenium increased with agitation speed, reaction time and total iron and carbon concentration, but was less affected by reaction temperature. When the iron-carbon mass ratio is 2: 1, the effect of selenium extraction is better. The dissolution rate of iron increased with the prolongation of reaction time and the increase of reaction temperature, but was not affected by the stirring speed and the ratio of iron to carbon.
