基于视觉定位的玻璃磨边加工工艺的设计

【摘要】:视觉定位技术在现代加工制造业中应用广泛。通过分析传统玻璃磨边加工流程,设计一种新的加工工艺,该工艺通过计算机和运动控制卡进行控制,以及通过CCD相机进行视觉定位。该工艺主要通过视觉定位和误差补偿确定工件准确坐标,然后根据该坐标修改加工程序再进行加工。此外,通过系统记录多个工件坐标,实现了阵列加工功能。实际应用证明:该加工工艺能显著提高加工精度和效率,具有广泛的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Visual positioning technology is widely used in modern manufacturing industry. By analyzing the traditional glass grinding process, a new processing technology is designed, which is controlled by computer and motion control card. The process mainly determines the exact coordinates of the workpiece by visual positioning and error compensation, and then modifies the machining program according to the coordinates, and then records several coordinates of the workpiece through the system. The function of array machining is realized. The practical application shows that the machining process can improve the machining precision and efficiency significantly and has wide application value.
