中材安徽水泥厂骨料生产线集散控制系统

【摘要】:骨料是一种不可或缺的建筑材料,广泛用于建筑、交通、水利等工程领域。随着我国基础设施建设的快速发展,天然砂石骨料已经不能满足经济社会发展的需要,人工砂石骨料已成为建设用砂石骨料的重要组成部分。本文在充分分析骨料生产线工艺机理的基础上,总结借鉴国内外前期研究成果,针对大型骨料生产线物料输送范围广、跨度大、涉及设备多等特点,将ABB Industrial IT Freelance800F系统应用于中材安徽水泥厂年产500万吨大型骨料生产线,根据控制要求和用户需求提出了包括系统整体设计、硬件设计、软件设计的整体控制方案,并进行了工程实现,实际运行表明了设计方案的正确性及系统的有效性。系统地针对全线工艺流程中涉及的十余个工艺环节的相关性、地理位置以及用户使用习惯,将全厂设备分为“粗破”、“长胶带电气室”、“总配”、“细碎”、“汽散”、“水散”六个现场站,并通过多模、单模光纤网络和工业以太网建立了系统通讯网络,解决了生产线高速、稳定运行的远程通讯问题。本文分析了生产线设备控制和变送器信号接入对控制点位的需求,统计出I/O点数在考虑余量的情况下,确定了I/O模件的型号及和配置,确定了“两个现场站挂接四个远程站”的现场站布局,并进行了工程设计与实施。本文依据生产线的功能要求设计实现了中材安徽水泥厂年产500万吨大型骨料生产线集散控制系统,并以此为基础,设计实现了生产管理系统,并投入了实际运行。
[Abstract]:Aggregate is an indispensable building material, widely used in construction, transportation, water conservancy and other engineering fields. With the rapid development of infrastructure construction in China, natural sand aggregate can no longer meet the needs of economic and social development. Artificial aggregate has become an important part of aggregate for construction. On the basis of fully analyzing the technological mechanism of aggregate production line, this paper summarizes and draws lessons from the previous research results at home and abroad, aiming at the wide range of material transportation in large aggregate production line. The ABB Industrial IT Freelance800F system is applied to the production line of 5 million tons of aggregate per year in Anhui cement Plant. According to the control requirements and user requirements, the system is designed as a whole and the hardware is designed. The overall control scheme of the software design is implemented in engineering. The actual operation shows the correctness of the design scheme and the effectiveness of the system. Geographical location and user usage habits, the whole plant equipment is divided into "rough break", "long tape electric room", "total distribution", "fine crushing", "steam dispersion", "water dispersion", and through multi-mode, single-mode optical fiber network and industrial Ethernet to establish a system communication network, The problem of high speed and stable running remote communication of production line is solved. In this paper, the requirements of equipment control and transmitter signal access to control point are analyzed, and the I / O points are calculated considering the margin. The model and configuration of the I / O module were determined, and the site layout of "two remote stations connected with four remote stations" was determined. According to the functional requirements of the production line, this paper designs and implements the distributed control system for the production line of Zhongshan Anhui cement Plant with an annual production capacity of 5 million tons. Based on this, the production management system is designed and realized. And put into actual operation.
