锂渣混凝土的配合比设计研究

【摘要】:为了配制出抗压强度达到C30~C60、坍落度达到35~55 mm的锂渣混凝土,首先测定锂渣的材料性能,从而分析锂渣的需水量情况,得知锂渣需水量较大、吸水性较强;其次结合锂渣材料的特性并依据国家规范和相关经验初步确定出锂渣混凝土配合比;最后依据初步确定的配合比进行混凝土试配,并使用减水剂调节锂渣混凝土的坍落度;经过试配和调整,使锂渣混凝土满足和易性和坍落度的要求,从而确定锂渣混凝土的配合比。并依据锂渣混凝土的配合比制备锂渣混凝土,测定其抗压强度。结果表明:最终确定的锂渣混凝土配合比可以制备出满足工作性和强度要求的混凝土;并且锂渣混凝土抗压强度整体较高,其前期强度比普通混凝土的抗压强度低或与其相当,其后期强度大于普通混凝土。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare lithium slag concrete with compressive strength of C30 and C60 and slump of 35 ~ 55mm, the material properties of lithium slag were measured firstly, and the water requirement of lithium slag was analyzed. It was found that the water requirement of lithium slag was high and the water absorption was strong. Secondly, according to the characteristics of lithium slag material and according to the national code and relevant experience, the mix ratio of lithium slag concrete is preliminarily determined, and the slump of lithium slag concrete is adjusted by water reducer. Through the test and adjustment, the lithium slag concrete can meet the requirements of ease and slump, so as to determine the mix ratio of lithium slag concrete, and according to the mix ratio of lithium slag concrete to prepare lithium slag concrete, The results show that the final ratio of lithium slag concrete can be used to produce concrete that meets the requirements of workability and strength, and the overall compressive strength of lithium slag concrete is relatively high. Its early strength is lower or equal to that of ordinary concrete, and its later strength is higher than that of ordinary concrete.
