掺杂纳米微晶玻璃制备及性能表征综合实验

【摘要】:将最新的科研成果引入实验教学,设计了纳米微晶玻璃的制备及性能表征综合实验。利用高温熔融冷却法制备玻璃基体,利用差热分析对其析晶性能进行分析;通过改变热处理温度及时间等工艺参数,对玻璃基体进行精密的热处理,获得一系列具有不同物化性能的微晶玻璃;最后利用X射线衍射仪、透射电镜、荧光光谱仪和分光光度计等现代分析测试手段对样品的性能进行表征与分析。结果表明,在620℃进行热处理2h后,可以从玻璃相中析出纯的NaYF4晶相,微晶颗粒尺寸约为27.3nm,通过Er3+/Yb3+稀土离子共掺可以获得最佳的光谱吸收和上转换发光性能。该实验涵盖知识点多且简单易行,有利于提高学生的综合运用知识和进行科研的能力。
[Abstract]:The latest scientific research results were introduced into the experimental teaching, and a comprehensive experiment of preparation and characterization of nanocrystalline glass-ceramics was designed. The glass matrix was prepared by high temperature melt cooling method, and its crystallization property was analyzed by differential thermal analysis (DTA). A series of glass-ceramics with different physical and chemical properties were obtained by changing the process parameters such as heat treatment temperature and time, etc. Finally, X-ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscope, and so on were used to obtain a series of glass-ceramics with different physical and chemical properties. The properties of the samples were characterized and analyzed by fluorescence spectrometer and spectrophotometer. The results showed that pure NaYF4 crystal phase could be precipitated from glass phase after heat treatment at 620 鈩,
