氧化铝粉末的球磨工艺及其烧结性能研究

【摘要】:选择三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为助磨剂,研究不同助磨剂及添加量对氧化铝粉末粒径的影响,并在此基础上研究球磨后Al_2O_3粉末的烧结性能。采用XRD、激光粒度分析仪、SEM等测试手段进行表征,并用万能电子材料试验机、洛氏硬度计对氧化铝陶瓷样品的力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明:当选取六偏磷酸钠作为球磨助剂,添加量为粉末质量0.3%时,氧化铝粉末助磨效果最佳,粉末球磨1 h后中位粒径(D_(50))可达1.75μm。当烧结温度为1450℃时,所制得氧化铝陶瓷综合性能最佳,其对应的抗弯强度和洛氏硬度分别为352.27 MPa和77.8 HRA。
[Abstract]:The effects of triethanolamine, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium 12 alkylbenzene sulfonate on the particle size of alumina powder were studied. On the basis of this, the sintering properties of Al_2O_3 powder after ball milling were studied, which were characterized by means of XRD, laser particle size analyzer, and universal electronic material testing machine. The mechanical properties of alumina ceramic samples were tested and analyzed by Rockwell hardness meter. The results showed that when sodium hexametaphosphate was chosen as ball milling assistant and powder mass was 0.3%, the grinding effect of alumina powder was the best.
