烧结温度对硼硅酸铝纤维组织结构和性能的影响

【摘要】:以硝酸铝、硼酸、次乙酸铝和硅溶胶为原料,采用溶胶 凝胶法制备硼硅酸铝纤维。借助于热重 差热分析、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、Fourier红外光谱等分析手段,研究了烧结温度对硼硅酸铝纤维组织结构与性能的影响。结果表明:当烧结温度从800℃升高到1 000℃时,纤维的微观结构变得越来越致密,表面和断口越来越光滑,物相由非晶态向Al_4B_2O_9相转变,之后向Al_(18)B_4O_(33)相转变,1 000℃烧结后,可得到致密、光滑、晶粒细小的纤维。当烧结温度从1 000℃继续升高到1 300℃时,晶粒长大现象越来越明显,经1 200℃烧结,纤维表面变得粗糙,断口呈结晶状形貌,经1 300℃烧结,晶粒长大并趋于粉化,物相基本为Al_(18)B_4O_(33)相同时伴有少量Al_4B_2O_9相和莫来石相。纤维的平均单丝拉伸强度和弹性模量呈现先增后降变化趋势,1 000℃烧结后,拉伸强度和弹性模量达到最大值,分别约为1 300 MPa和138 GPa,且性能稳定性好。
[Abstract]:Aluminium borosilicate fibers were prepared by sol-gel method using aluminum nitrate, boric acid, aluminium hypoacetate and silica sol as raw materials.
