徐闻盐场苦卤制备阻燃型氢氧化镁

【摘要】：以徐闻苦卤为原料,先在体系中加入碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲溶液,再以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用液相沉淀法制备了阻燃型氢氧化镁。通过扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)等测试手段表征了产品的形貌及物相。实验结果表明,在氢氧化钠浓度为0.4 mol/L、反应温度为75℃、晶化时间为24 h条件下,可以获得纯度高、结晶度高的氢氧化镁,且氢氧化镁晶体粒度分布均匀、分散性好。该工艺简单易行、对环境无破坏,具有较高的潜在经济效益。
[Abstract]:Using Xuwen bittern as raw material, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate buffer solution were added in the system, then sodium hydroxide was used as precipitant. Flame retardant magnesium hydroxide was prepared by liquid phase precipitation method. The morphology and phase of the product were characterized by SEM and XRD.
