水泥厂能耗排放无线实时监测系统设计与实现

【摘要】:采用目前市场中技术成熟的计算机监测和控制领域主流产品进行硬件和软件的组态,在已建成水泥新型干法生产线上,结合组态软件和无线传感器技术,设计能耗减排监测系统,在不影响企业自动生产控制系统的基础上,通过无线通信方式、利用生产线原有的在线仪表获得信号,经无线网络传送到组态软件监测画面显示实时数据,实现对已建成新型干法水泥生产线的能耗和排放情况实时在线的监测,提供现场能耗和排放指标的相关信息。文中主要研究以ZigBee为核心的无线传感器网络的特性,说明使用的主要优势,熟悉水泥厂生产特点及工艺,在此基础上,考虑系统对水泥生产复杂恶劣环境的适应性,具备抗干扰和抗多径干扰能力,提高通信工作的可靠性,通过直接序列扩频技术DSSS、 CSMA-CA机制和确认机制,确保无线信号传输的稳定性。系统硬件选用CC2530为主芯片,基于CC2530的结构和功能,根据水泥厂现场信号类型重点针对模拟量4-20mA信号,给出与现场仪表的输出接口对其分离采集,采用RS232串口给出以太网的接口形式。为提高芯片使用时间,提供外部电源供电硬件形式,考虑其可扩展性,可实现15-24VDC宽直流电源接入。简要给出主要的源码及代码程序,无线网络各节点的主要工作流程。实时在线监测采用组态王6.5软件,结合水泥实际生产线的设备和工艺,给出基本的监测画面,建立了对现场数据的实时监测、超值报警、报表等基本功能,为提高安全性,设置系统权限。
[Abstract]:The hardware and software configuration of the mainstream products in the field of computer monitoring and control, which is mature in the market at present, is adopted. On the new cement dry process production line, the configuration software and wireless sensor technology are combined. The energy consumption reduction monitoring system is designed. On the basis of not affecting the automatic production control system of the enterprise, the signal can be obtained by using the original on-line instrument of the production line through wireless communication. Through wireless network transmission to configuration software monitoring screen display real-time data to realize the new dry process cement production line energy consumption and emissions real-time online monitoring. This paper mainly studies the characteristics of wireless sensor networks with ZigBee as the core, explains the main advantages of use, and is familiar with the production characteristics and processes of cement plants. Considering the adaptability of the system to the complex and harsh environment of cement production, the system has the ability of anti-interference and anti-multipath interference, and improves the reliability of communication. Through the direct sequence spread spectrum technology, DSS, CSMA-CA mechanism and confirmation mechanism, To ensure the stability of wireless signal transmission, CC2530 is chosen as the main chip in the system hardware. Based on the structure and function of CC2530, according to the field signal type of cement plant, the 4-20mA signal of analogue quantity is focused on, and the output interface with the field instrument is given to collect the signal separately. The interface form of Ethernet is given by RS232 serial port. In order to improve the usage time of chip, provide external power supply hardware form and consider its expansibility, it can realize 15-24VDC wide DC power access. The main source code and code program are given briefly. The main work flow of each node of wireless network. The real-time on-line monitoring adopts Kingview 6.5 software, combined with the equipment and technology of cement production line, the basic monitoring picture is given, and the real-time monitoring of the field data is established, and the overvalued alarm is given. Report and other basic functions, in order to improve security, set system permissions.
