木纤维还原电解锰阳极泥制备硫酸锰工艺研究

【摘要】:以木纤维为还原剂湿法还原浸出电解锰阳极泥中的锰,以硫酸为浸出剂制备硫酸锰。通过单因素实验考察了木屑用量、浓硫酸用量、熟化时间、熟化温度、福美钠用量对锰浸出率及回收率的影响,得出优化工艺条件。在木纤维用量为20%(木屑与锰阳极泥质量比)、液固比(m L/g)为6∶1、浓硫酸用量为9.6%(浓硫酸与锰阳极泥质量比)、熟化时间为80 min、熟化温度为425℃、福美钠用量为8%(福美钠与锰阳极泥质量比)条件下,锰的浸出率为99.18%、回收率为93.12%,铅、砷的去除率都在99.7%以上。
[Abstract]:Manganese sulfate was prepared by wet reduction leaching of manganese from electrolytic manganese anode mud with wood fiber as reducing agent and sulfuric acid as leaching agent. The amount of sawdust, the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid, the maturation time and the ripening temperature were investigated by single factor experiments. The effect of the amount of Fumet Sodium on the leaching rate and recovery rate of Manganese, The optimum technological conditions were obtained.
