处理废水的空化撞击流反应器的混合型喷嘴技术特性研究

【摘要】:随着工业化进程的日益加快,工业领域产生的废水量随之增大,研制出一种高效、绿色的废水处理装置对避免环境污染具有重要的意义。课题组前期研发了一种用于处理有机废水的空化撞击流反应器,本课题在前期研究的基础上,着重研究了其核心部件-空化自激振荡脉冲射流喷嘴的结构和技术特性。本文首先介绍了课题的背景和意义,并对国内外空化自激振荡脉冲喷嘴的研究进展情况进行了综述。在分别剖析了风琴管和亥姆霍兹管喷嘴的结构原理的基础上,分析了两者串联使用的优势特点,并认为驻波和共振是这两种喷嘴内波的振动产生、传输以及放大效应的重要因素,据此确定了影响喷嘴空化效应的重要指标,为后续验证喷嘴特性的试验奠定了基础。引入了正交试验的研究手段,根据正交试验原理,设计出了适合空化自激振荡脉冲射流喷嘴的正交试验表,然后采用Solidworks软件建立了各种喷嘴的物理模型,并利用Fluent软件按照正交试验表分别对不同结构尺寸的风琴管和亥姆霍兹管喷嘴进行不同组别的对比模拟试验,比较各数据指标的极差、方差大小,选出性能最好的两种单喷嘴结构;之后将两种喷嘴串联,通过改变中间连接管段的直径和长度获得不同结构尺寸的喷嘴,按照正交试验表利用Fluent软件模拟喷嘴特性,最终选出结构最为合理的串联喷嘴。模拟试验结果验证了对空化自激振荡脉冲射流喷嘴结构和特性的设想,喷嘴喷出速度达到了67.34 sm/,出口段空化率达到了0.94,压力能、湍动能强度等技术特性都得到了极大改善。根据得到的最佳喷嘴结构尺寸制作了空化自激振荡脉冲喷嘴,通过频率测量实验测量了其扰动的频率,验证了推导出的喷嘴固有频率公式的正确性;通过空化撞击流-芬顿联合降解废水实验验证了混合型空化自激振荡脉冲射流喷嘴结构优化后对提高反应效率的效果。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the industrialization process, the amount of waste water produced in the industrial field has increased, and a kind of high efficiency has been developed. Green wastewater treatment device is of great significance to avoid environmental pollution. A cavitation impingement reactor for treating organic wastewater has been developed by the research group. In this paper, the structure and technical characteristics of cavitation self-excited oscillating pulse jet nozzles, which are the core components of the nozzle, are emphatically studied. The background and significance of the subject are introduced in this paper. The research progress of cavitation self-excited oscillating pulse nozzles at home and abroad is reviewed. Based on the analysis of the structure principle of organ tube and Helmholtz tube nozzle, the advantages of the two nozzles in series are analyzed. It is considered that standing wave and resonance are important factors for the vibration generation, transmission and amplification of the internal waves of these two kinds of nozzles, and the important indexes affecting the cavitation effect of the nozzles are determined. The research method of orthogonal test is introduced. According to the principle of orthogonal test, an orthogonal test table suitable for cavitation self-excited oscillating pulse jet nozzle is designed. Then, the physical models of various nozzles are established by using Solidworks software. According to the orthogonal test tables, the comparative simulation tests are carried out on the different groups of organicorgan and Helmholtz nozzles with different structural sizes by using Fluent software. Two kinds of single nozzle structure with the best performance are selected by comparing the difference and variance of each data index, and then two kinds of nozzle are connected in series, and the nozzle of different structure size is obtained by changing the diameter and length of the middle connecting section. According to the orthogonal test table, the characteristics of the nozzle are simulated by Fluent software, and the series nozzle with the most reasonable structure is finally selected. The simulation results verify the assumption of the structure and characteristics of the cavitation self-excited oscillating pulse jet nozzle. The jet velocity of the nozzle reaches 67.34 smm / r, the cavitation rate of the exit reaches 0.94, the pressure energy and the intensity of turbulent kinetic energy are greatly improved, and the cavitation self-excited oscillating pulse nozzles are fabricated according to the optimum nozzle structure size. The frequency of the disturbance is measured by the frequency measurement experiment, and the correctness of the derived natural frequency formula of the nozzle is verified. The experimental results of cavitation impingement flow and Fenton combined degradation of wastewater proved the effect of the structure optimization of the mixed cavitation self-excited oscillating pulsed jet nozzle on improving the reaction efficiency.
