硫铝酸钙-二水石膏-氢氧化钙-水水化系统的热力学计算

【摘要】:硫铝酸钙(C_4A_3$)是硫铝酸盐水泥熟料中最重要的组成部分。既有研究表明,调整C_4A_3$、二水石膏(C$H_2)和氢氧化钙(CH)的比例可以改变水化产物中钙矾石(AFt)和氢氧化铝(AH_3)相的比例,但缺乏从热力学计算和实验方面的验证。使用Gibbs自由能变和焓变对水化反应进行计算,结果表明:水化反应在热力学上可自发进行;将实验室烧成的C_4A_3$复配一定比例的C$H_2、CH,在水灰比为10的情况下水化28 d,使用X射线衍射和热重分析对水化产物进行定量分析,结果表明水化产物中只有AFt和AH_3。虽然实验值与理论计算值不能完全吻合,但随着C$H_2、CH掺量的增加,水化产物中AFt的含量逐渐增多,AH_3相的含量逐渐减少。
[Abstract]:C4A / C) is the most important part of sulphoaluminate cement clinker. Existing studies have shown that adjusting the ratio of C4A3, gypsum dihydrate, and calcium hydroxide can change the ratio of ettringite and AH3) in hydration products. Gibbs free energy and enthalpy change were used to calculate the hydration reaction. The results showed that the hydration reaction could occur spontaneously in thermodynamics. A certain proportion of Che / H _ 2H _ 2H _ (Ch) was added to C4A / C / C / C / C / C / C / C _ (10) for 28 days, and the hydration products were quantitatively analyzed by X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) when the ratio of water to cement was 10. The results show that there are only AFt and AH3 in hydration products. Although the experimental values do not agree with the theoretical values, the content of AFt in hydration products gradually increases with the increase of CnH2CH content, and the content of AHST3 phase decreases gradually.
