【摘要】:以马来酸酐和丙烯酸为聚合单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,聚合得到马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物。引入烯丙基磺酸钠将马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物进行改性,得到磺酸基马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物,磺酸基的引入增强了共聚物螯合钙离子的能力和对碳酸钙的分散性能。研究结果表明,磺酸基马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物可以作为吸附剂去除工业硼酸中的钙离子,为碳化硼的制备提供了质量保障。
[Abstract]:Using maleic anhydride and acrylic acid as polymerization monomer and ammonium persulfate as initiator, the maleic anhydride acrylic acid copolymer was polymerized, and the maleic anhydride acrylic acid copolymer was modified with sodium allyl sulfonate. The copolymers of maleic anhydride and acrylic acid were obtained. The addition of sulfonic groups enhanced the ability of the copolymers to chelate calcium ions and the dispersion of calcium carbonate. Sulfonic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer can be used as adsorbent to remove calcium ion from industrial boric acid, which provides quality assurance for the preparation of boron carbide.
