新老混凝土结合面黏结强度影响因素研究综述

【摘要】:新老混凝土结合面的黏结性能直接决定修补后的新老混凝土的黏结强度。新老混凝土结合面的黏结强度由很多因素决定。从新老混凝土界面的粗糙程度、采用的修补材料与界面剂的选择以及界面植筋四方面进行了综述,指出新混凝土强度对新老混凝土界面的黏结性能的影响有限,过分追求新混凝土强度不经济。可在新混凝土里掺加特殊材料,提高受力性能,有效约束开裂。界面植筋效果优良,且为延性破坏,但结合面的黏结性能与植筋率的量化关系值得进一步研究。
[Abstract]:The bond strength of the new and old concrete bonding surface can directly determine the bond strength of the repaired new and old concrete. The bond strength of the new and old concrete bonding surface is determined by many factors. The selection of repair materials and interfacial agents and interfacial reinforcement are reviewed. It is pointed out that the strength of new concrete has limited effect on the bond properties of new and old concrete interface. The excessive pursuit of new concrete strength is not economical. Special materials can be added to the new concrete, which can improve the mechanical properties and effectively restrain the cracking. The effect of interfacial reinforcement planting is good, and it is ductile failure. However, the quantitative relationship between the bonding properties of the bonded surfaces and the percentage of tendons is worth further study.
