环氧树脂与铝用炭素材料固体原料的静态浸润性能研究

【摘要】:采用自行研制的浸润性测定系统,研究了环氧树脂对沥青焦和电煅煤的静态浸润过程,分析了粒度分布、加热温度、浸润时间、堆积密度对环氧树脂与固体原料静态浸润性能的影响规律。研究表明,适当增加粒度分布、提高加热温度、延长浸润时间、降低堆积密度均可改善环氧树脂对沥青焦和电煅煤的静态浸润效果。研究环氧树脂与铝用炭素材料固体原料的静态浸润特征规律,有利于确定环氧树脂在混捏过程中的最佳配入量,对于环保型铝用炭素材料的设计和开发具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The static soaking process of epoxy resin on bituminous coke and electric calcined coal was studied by using the wettability measurement system developed by ourselves. The particle size distribution, heating temperature and soaking time were analyzed. The effect of packing density on the static wettability of epoxy resin and solid material. The results show that the particle size distribution is increased properly, the heating temperature is raised, and the soaking time is prolonged. The static wetting effect of epoxy resin on bituminous coke and electrically calcined coal can be improved by decreasing the packing density. It is helpful to determine the optimum dosage of epoxy resin in the process of mixing and kneading. It is of great significance for the design and development of environmentally friendly carbon materials for aluminum.
