包埋固定化硝化菌剂处理合成氨工业废水

【摘要】:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)为载体对市售微生物硝化菌剂进行包埋,并在模拟三相流化床SBR反应器中考察固定化载体对模拟氨氮废水的脱氮性能。结果表明,采用固定化载体的反应器启动迅速,包菌量2g以上的固定化载体在温度为30℃、溶解氧为4~6mg/L的条件下活化9天后对氨氮的去除率超过90%。掺入活性污泥对包埋菌种进行优化后,固定化载体24h对氨氮和COD的去除率分别维持在90%和75%左右。
