水泥成分的LIBS检测方法研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济建设的快速发展,水泥产业已达到相当大的规模,同时水泥的年产量还在不断的增加。对水泥成分进行定性定量分析,是对水泥进行分类以及质量检测的基本方法。相比现阶段水泥成分的检测方法,激光诱导击穿光谱技术(Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy,LIBS)具有检测速度快,样品制备简单,一次测量可检测多种元素,测量范围广,能够检测水泥样品中的金属以及非金属元素等众多优点,非常适合于工业生产中水泥成分的快速检测。本文首先介绍了国内外LIBS技术的发展,以及水泥成分的LIBS检测方法研究。在分析了激光诱导击穿光谱原理及特性基础上,搭建了水泥成分的LIBS测量系统,包括单脉冲激发与双脉冲激发系统。通过对测量条件的实验研究,讨论了激光能量,积分延迟时间以及双脉冲间隔时间等对水泥成分的LIBS光谱影响,得到水泥成分LIBS测量的最佳实验参数。采用水泥成分的LIBS测量系统,对水泥成分中的主要及微量元素进行了定性分析,同时以水泥中的Mg、Fe、Al、Cu四种元素为例,对它们进行了定量检测,采用循环反演的方法对定量检测误差进行了分析。测量结果表明,利用激光诱导击穿光谱技术对水泥成分进行检测分析是可行的,具有较好的测量精度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economic construction, the cement industry has reached a considerable scale, and the annual output of cement is still increasing. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of cement composition is carried out. Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBSs) has the advantages of fast detection speed, simple sample preparation, and can be used for the detection of many elements at one time, compared with the present method of cement composition detection, the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBSs) is the basic method for the classification and quality detection of cement. It is suitable for rapid detection of cement components in industrial production because of its wide range of measurements and its advantages of detecting metals and non-metallic elements in cement samples. This paper first introduces the development of LIBS technology at home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing the principle and characteristics of laser induced breakdown spectrum, a LIBS measuring system for cement composition was built. The effects of laser energy, integral delay time and double pulse interval on the LIBS spectra of cement are discussed. The optimum experimental parameters for LIBS measurement of cement composition were obtained. The main and trace elements in cement composition were qualitatively analyzed by using the LIBS measurement system of cement composition. At the same time, four kinds of elements in cement were taken as examples. The quantitative detection results show that it is feasible to detect and analyze the cement composition by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy. It has good measuring precision.
