经编间隔织物增强泡沫混凝土的力学性能研究

【摘要】:采用一种具有三维中空结构的经编间隔织物增强泡沫混凝土,并对经编间隔织物进行不同方式的树脂浸渍处理,得到4种不同的增强材料,研究不同增强材料对泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响。研究表明,增强材料的加入对泡沫混凝土的密度及吸水率没有明显影响,但显著提高了泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和弯曲强度。其中,以经编间隔织物整体浸渍树脂作为增强体对泡沫混凝土的增强增韧效果最明显,抗压强度和弯曲强度分别提高了128.4%和553.8%。同时,由于经编间隔织物经纬向纱线密度的差异,造成复合材料的弯曲强度存在各向异性。经编间隔织物提高了泡沫混凝土的抗变形能力,改善了泡沫混凝土的破坏模式。
[Abstract]:A kind of warp knitted spacer reinforced foam concrete with three dimensional hollow structure was used. Four kinds of reinforcing materials were obtained by different resin impregnation of warp knitted spacer fabric. The effects of different reinforced materials on the mechanical properties of foamed concrete are studied. The results show that the addition of reinforced materials has no obvious effect on the density and water absorption of foamed concrete. But the compressive strength and flexural strength of foamed concrete were significantly improved. The compressive strength and bending strength are increased by 128.4% and 553.8.The density of warp and weft yarns of warp knitted spacers is different, The flexural strength of composites is anisotropic and warp knitted spacer fabric can improve the deformation resistance of foam concrete and the failure mode of foam concrete.
