疏水性白炭黑的制备及在丁苯橡胶中的应用

【摘要】:以硫酸和水玻璃为原料,采用液相沉淀法制备了白炭黑,然后用硅烷偶联剂KH 570对白炭黑进行湿法改性,再用改性白炭黑增强丁苯橡胶(SBR),研究了改性白炭黑的最佳工艺条件,表征了改性白炭黑的微观结构,并考察了改性白炭黑对SBR加工性能和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为85℃、反应液pH值为4.5、KH 570质量分数为2.0%的条件下,可制得无定型非晶体结构、分散性较好的疏水性白炭黑,其吸油值和亲油化度可分别达到2.25 mL/g、10.12%;KH 570改性白炭黑可改善SBR的加工性能和拉伸性能,KH 570的最佳质量分数为2.0%。
[Abstract]:Silica was prepared by liquid-phase precipitation method from sulfuric acid and sodium silicate, then modified by wet method with silane coupling agent KH570, and then reinforced with modified silica to enhance SBRG. The optimum technological conditions of modified silica were studied. The microstructure of modified silica was characterized, and the effects of modified silica on the processability and tensile properties of SBR were investigated.
