自密实再生骨料混凝土性质及力学性能研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国土木工程行业蓬勃发展,建筑混凝土垃圾数量日益增多。数量庞大的混凝土建筑垃圾如果不采取恰当的措施而随意进行堆弃,将会对生态环境产生严重的破坏。基于人们环境保护意识的提高和科学发展观的要求,自密实再生骨料混凝土课题的应用能够很好的解决了这一问题,因为自密实再生骨料混凝土具有很好的施工性能和一定的绿色度,这使得自密实再生骨料混凝土能更为广泛的应用到土木工程领域中。本文通过自密实再生骨料混凝土一系列试验,研究了两种原生强度的再生粗骨料在不同再生粗骨料取代率下自密实再生骨料混凝土的配合比、工作性能、力学性能和变形性能。本文主要工作有:对于再生粗骨料的基本性能,完成了再生骨料吸水率、表观密度、压碎值、磨损性试验;通过对再生粗骨料预湿处理和裹浆办法并添加减水剂和粉煤灰等配制出了高性能的自密实再生骨料混凝土;进行了自密实再生骨料混凝土的填充性、流动性、抗离析性试验;进行了自密实再生骨料混凝土抗压,劈裂抗拉强度和粘结锚固试验;此外还进行了自密实再生骨料混凝土的干缩变形试验。在上述试验的基础上对不同粗骨料取代率和不同原生强度粗骨料对自密实再生骨料混凝土性能的影响进行了对比分析。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of civil engineering industry in our country, the quantity of construction concrete garbage is increasing day by day. Will cause serious damage to the ecological environment. Based on the improvement of people's environmental protection consciousness and the requirement of scientific development view, the application of self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete project can solve this problem very well. Because self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete has good construction performance and certain green degree, This makes self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete more widely used in the field of civil engineering. The mixture ratio and working performance of two kinds of recycled coarse aggregate with primary strength under different recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio were studied. The main work of this paper is as follows: for the basic properties of recycled coarse aggregate, the tests of water absorption, apparent density, crushing value and wear resistance of recycled aggregate have been completed; High performance self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete was prepared by pre-wetting treatment and slurry wrapping of recycled coarse aggregate and adding water reducer and fly ash, and the filling property, fluidity and resistance to segregation of self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete were tested. The compressive, splitting tensile strength and bond anchoring tests of self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete were carried out. In addition, the dry shrinkage deformation test of self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete is also carried out. On the basis of the above tests, the effects of different coarse aggregate replacement rates and different primary strength coarse aggregate on the properties of self-compacting recycled aggregate concrete are compared and analyzed.
