ZIF-90膜的改性及在油气回收中的应用研究

【摘要】:利用NaBH_4将合成的ZIF-90晶种改性为ZIF-91,并用二次生长法在Al_2O_3支撑体上制备ZIF-90膜和ZIF-91膜。利用XRD、TGA、FT-IR,SEM、BET对合成的粉末及膜进行表征。以N2/n-C_5H_(12)模拟油气体系,将制备的ZIF-90/Al_2O_3膜和ZIF-91/Al_2O_3膜用于油气回收实验。考察了不同操作压力及温度下,2种膜在混合气中的分离性能,结果表明,当操作压力为0.06 MPa、温度为25℃时,ZIF-90膜和ZIF-91膜对N2/n-C_5H_(12)的分离因子分别为2.82、3.98,渗透性分别为5.02×10~(-8)、2.35×10~(-8)mol/m~2·s·Pa,说明改性在一定程度上提高了膜的分离性能。
[Abstract]:The synthesized ZIF-90 seeds were modified into ZIF-91 by NaBH_4, and ZIF-90 and ZIF-91 films were prepared on Al_2O_3 supports by secondary growth method. The synthesized powders and membranes were characterized by XRDX TGAFT-IRT-SEMBET. The oil and gas systems were simulated by N _ 2 / n-C _ 5H _ 2O _ 12). The ZIF-90/Al_2O_3 and ZIF-91/Al_2O_3 membranes were prepared for oil and gas recovery experiments.
