【摘要】:脱硫石膏煅烧处理工艺的好坏直接关系到脱硫石膏的性能和应用。以煅烧温度、煅烧时间、交互作用为主要因素,设计3因素3水平正交试验,研究各因素对脱硫石膏抗压、抗折强度的影响。结果表明:当煅烧温度达到350℃时,抗压、抗折强度显著提高;煅烧时间为3h时,抗压、抗折强度达到最大值,绝干状态下抗压、抗折强度分别达到20.60MPa、6.90MPa,吸水饱和状态下抗压、抗折强度分别达到9.97MPa、3.55 MPa。
[Abstract]:The calcination process of desulphurized gypsum is directly related to the performance and application of desulphurized gypsum.
