硬脂酸铵防水剂对水泥砂浆性能及微观孔结构的影响

【摘要】:以硬脂酸铵为水泥砂浆防水剂,研究了硬脂酸铵防水剂对水泥砂浆力学性能、毛细吸水性和孔结构的影响,分析了三者之间的相互关系。结果表明,硬脂酸铵防水剂具有一定的引气效果,导致水泥砂浆体系内孔结构增多,使水泥砂浆的抗压强度随着硬脂酸铵防水剂的掺量增加而逐渐降低;硬脂酸铵防水剂在0.2%掺量情况下,孔径20nm的无害孔增多,水泥砂浆的抗折强度增大;在0.7%掺量情况下,孔径100nm的有害孔增多,导致抗折强度降低;硬脂酸铵防水剂使水泥砂浆的微孔增多,但其依然具有很好的防水效果,随着其掺量的增加,防水性能不断提高。
[Abstract]:The effects of ammonium stearate water repellent on the mechanical properties, capillary absorbability and pore structure of cement mortar were studied with ammonium stearate as waterproofing agent of cement mortar. Ammonium stearate water-repellent has a certain air-entraining effect, which leads to the increase of internal pore structure of cement mortar, and the compressive strength of cement mortar decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of ammonium stearate water-repellent, and when the content of ammonium stearate water-repellent is 0.2%, the compressive strength of cement mortar decreases gradually. With the increase of the harmless pore size of 20nm, the flexural strength of cement mortar increases; the harmful pore size of 100nm pore increases, which results in the decrease of flexural strength; and the micropore of cement mortar increases with ammonium stearate water repellent. But it still has very good waterproof effect, with the increase of its content, the waterproof performance is improved.
