冷却塔检测鉴定及有限元计算分析

【摘要】:某冷却塔已使用20多年,存在一定程度的老化和破损,对其外观缺陷、混凝土碳化程度、钢筋锈蚀程度及倾斜度等进行检测鉴定,应用有限元方法,计算该冷却塔在风荷载、温度作用、重力荷载单独作用和组合作用下的内力和变形,并取组合作用进行整体稳定性和局部稳定性分析,验算塔身裂缝发展情况。结果表明,冷却塔刚度、承载力、安全系数、整体稳定性和局部稳定性均能满足现行规范的规定,塔身裂缝除局部筒壁不满足最大裂缝宽度限制的要求外,其它范围均满足。根据检测鉴定及有限元计算结果,对冷却塔采用粘碳纤维布、混凝土表面防碳化处理、钢筋除锈防锈等加固补强措施。
[Abstract]:A cooling tower has been in use for more than 20 years, and there exists some degree of aging and breakage. The external defects, the degree of concrete carbonization, the degree of corrosion of steel bar and the inclination of the cooling tower are tested and identified, and the wind load of the cooling tower is calculated by using finite element method. The internal force and deformation under the action of temperature and gravity load alone and combined, and the integral stability and local stability of the combined action are analyzed to check the development of the cracks in the tower body. The results show that the stiffness and bearing capacity of the cooling tower, The safety factor, global stability and local stability can all meet the requirements of the current code. Except for the requirement of the maximum crack width limit on the local cylinder wall, the other ranges are satisfied. According to the results of inspection and identification and finite element calculation, The cooling tower is strengthened with carbon fiber sticky cloth, anti-carbonization treatment of concrete surface, rust and rust removal of steel bar and so on.
