冲击荷载下油菜秸秆灰分混凝土的动态力学性质

【摘要】:运用直径80 mm分离式霍普金森压杆试验设备,研究油菜秸秆灰分掺量分别为10%、15%、20%、25%的混凝土在0.30、0.45、0.65 MPa冲击加载气压下的动态力学性质。结果表明:油菜秸秆灰分混凝土的应变率与试件加载气压呈正相关关系;峰值应力随加载气压的提高而增大,油菜秸秆灰分掺量为10%的混凝土在不同加载气压下的峰值应力变化率最大,其变化率高达63.63%;在同一加载气压下,油菜秸秆灰分混凝土峰值应力随灰分掺量的增加而减小;相比对照混凝土峰值应力,10%掺量混凝土最大,其峰值应力大于对照混凝土,而其他掺量油菜秸秆灰分混凝土峰值应力均低于对照混凝土,油菜秸秆灰分掺量10%的混凝土的动态承载力最优。
[Abstract]:The dynamic mechanical properties of rapeseed straw with 10% ash content (10%) and 25% concrete (25%) were studied by using a separate Hopkinson pressure bar with a diameter of 80 mm. The dynamic mechanical properties of the concrete under shock loading pressure of 0.30 ~ 0.45 ~ 0.65 MPa were studied.The results show that the strain rate of rape straw ash concrete is positively correlated with the loading pressure of the specimen, and the peak stress increases with the increase of the loading pressure.Under the same loading pressure, the peak stress of rape straw ash concrete decreases with the increase of ash content, and the change rate of the peak stress of the concrete with 10% of rape straw ash content under different loading pressure is the highest, and the change rate is as high as 63.63 percent, and at the same loading pressure, the peak stress of rape straw ash concrete decreases with the increase of ash content.Compared with the control concrete, the peak stress of 10% concrete was the largest, and the peak stress of the control concrete was higher than that of the control concrete, while the peak stress of the other rape straw ash concrete was lower than that of the control concrete.The dynamic bearing capacity of the concrete with 10% ash content of rape straw is optimal.
