某含锌铅锡矿粉灰元素分离及其产品制备工艺研究

【摘要】:硫酸锌和硫酸铅均是用途广泛的化工产品。本文以含锌铅锡矿粉灰为原料,提出了一条由含锌铅锡矿粉灰制备硫酸锌、硫酸铅的工艺路线。分别研究了碱溶、酸溶及先碱溶后酸溶的处理方法,重点研究了碱溶的最佳工艺条件,具体为6 mol/L氢氧化钠体积为20 m L、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为30 min、沉淀铅离子的硫酸浓度为3 mol/L,结果表明:采用碱溶工艺,实现锌、钡与锡的有效分离,产品外观好,品质好,成本低廉。该工艺具有工艺简单、生产成本低、附加值高、三废少等优点,对类似矿粉灰分离及其产品制备具有一定的借鉴作用。
