三聚氰胺减水剂的合成与性能研究

【摘要】:根据三聚氰胺减水剂合成机理,以三聚氰胺、甲醛、氢氧化钠、浓硫酸、乙二醇为原料,合成WS-SM型三聚氰胺减水剂。试验结果表明,当n(磺酸基)∶n(三聚氰胺)∶n(甲醛)=2.0∶1.0∶3.5,磺化温度稳定在90℃,p H值控制在12;缩合温度控制在60℃,p H值控制在5左右时,合成的三聚氰胺减水剂分散性最佳。此工艺合成的三聚氰胺减水剂在减水率、存放时间、相容性、性能的稳定性优于市售同类减水剂。
