一种新型早强抗裂外加剂对不同低温下砂浆强度及收缩性能的影响

【摘要】:为了研究新研发的早强抗裂外加剂对不同低温养护环境下水泥砂浆强度及收缩性能的影响,选择5种不同的养护环境(20、10、0、-10、20~-10℃),进行抗压、抗折强度及收缩试验。试验结果表明:在作为参考的标准养护环境下,该早强抗裂外加剂具有优异的早强与抗裂效果;在10、0、20~-10℃等低温及冻融环境下,该早强抗裂外加剂具有较好的早强与抗裂效果;在-1 0℃的极低温度下,该早强抗裂外加剂的早强与抗裂性能受到了较大的抑制。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of the newly developed early strength crack resistant admixture on the strength and shrinkage properties of cement mortar under different low temperature curing conditions, five different curing environments were selected to carry out compressive, flexural strength and shrinkage tests.The test results show that the early-strength anti-cracking admixture has excellent early strength and anti-cracking effect under the standard curing environment, and it has better early strength and anti-crack effect under low temperature and freezing and thawing environment such as 100.10 鈩,
