利用铅锌尾矿作为水泥掺料的应用研究

【摘要】:随着矿产资源的需求量逐渐攀升,开采完毕后排出的大量金属尾矿已经成为了重大的安全隐患和亟需解决的环境问题,尾矿中含有的化学成分及微量金属元素为其综合利用变成了可能。水泥原料的化学成分和金属尾矿的组成非常相近,而且水泥煅烧时需要不同种类的微量金属元素,对水泥煅烧时的节能降耗非常有利。本文将福建尤溪铅锌尾矿添加到水泥生料中进行煅烧,利用其本身具有的化学性质,通过Excel法共设计了8个生料配方,在实验室内通过高温炉分别在1300℃、1350℃和1400℃进行煅烧,研究每个生料配方的易烧性。对生料和熟料中的Pb、Zn、Cu和Cd 4种重金属进行固化率的测定研究,最后对尾矿作为水泥混合材料进行了性能测试。研究结果表明,铅锌尾矿掺加到水泥中作为原材料之一或者替代粘土等原材料是一种可行的利用方式,实验检测结果的数据表明,添加铅锌尾矿制得的水泥力学性能参数是符合水泥的相关检验标准的,对水泥行业的可持续发展具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for mineral resources, a large number of metal tailings discharged after mining has become a major safety risk and environmental problems that need to be solved.The chemical composition and trace metal elements in the tailings make its comprehensive utilization possible.The chemical composition of cement raw material and the composition of metal tailings are very similar, and different kinds of trace metal elements are required for cement calcination, which is very beneficial to the energy saving and consumption reduction of cement calcination.In this paper, the lead and zinc tailings in Youxi, Fujian Province, were calcined in cement raw materials.
