煤沥青基泡沫炭的制备及其工程放大效应研究

【摘要】:为解决目前市场上A级建筑保温材料的严重短缺,结合国内丰富的煤沥青资源,并拓展泡沫炭的应用范围,本文采用自升压-自发泡法制得泡沫炭。具体选用国内来源丰富、价格低廉的煤沥青为原料,先将其调制成高软化点沥青,再以之为原料采用自升压-自发泡法制得泡沫炭,并对泡沫炭的工程放大效应进行了初步探索。本文的创新之处在于:1)选择以煤沥青为原料,通过抽真空改性调控其族组成,实现在近常压下发泡;2)将煤沥青最终转化成泡沫炭并用于节能建筑领域,不仅拓展了泡沫炭的应用范围,而且可以有效解决国内大量煤沥青的大规模使用难题。在煤沥青基泡沫炭的结构控制及其放大研究过程中,得到如下主要结果或结论: 1)对高软化点沥青(软化点为241℃)进行抽真空改性,抽真空条件为350-420℃/0.5-3h,当族组成分布为HS-1.6%、HI-TS-3.77%、TI-PS-9.42%、PI-QS-19.45%、 QI-65.76%时,可以制得孔结构均一的泡沫炭。 2)经上述抽真空改性的高软化点沥青,在1.5MPa/500℃发泡条件下,可以制得孔径为100~200μm、体积密度0.501g/cm3、压缩强度3.50MPa的泡沫炭。 3)经上述抽真空改性的高软化点沥青,调整发泡条件后可以制备出Φ45×100mm、 Φ200×200mm的大尺寸泡沫炭。 4)根据GB/T14402-2007和GB/T5464-2010,制备的泡沫炭满足国家A级建筑材料燃烧性能的要求。导热系数为0.0798W/(m.K)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the serious shortage of A grade building insulation material in the market at present, combined with the abundant coal and asphalt resources in China and expanding the application range of foamed carbon, this paper adopts the method of self-boosting and self-foaming to obtain foamed carbon.The coal pitch, which is rich in domestic sources and low in price, is selected as raw material. It is first modulated into bitumen with high softening point and then used as raw material to obtain foamed carbon by self-boosting and self-foaming process.The engineering amplification effect of foamed carbon was preliminarily explored.The innovation of this paper is that: 1) choose coal pitch as raw material, through vacuum modification to adjust its family composition, and realize foaming at near atmospheric pressure) to convert coal pitch into foamed charcoal and be used in energy-saving building field.It not only expands the application range of foamed carbon, but also can effectively solve the problem of large scale use of coal tar pitch in China.In the process of structure control and magnification of coal bitumen based foamed carbon, the main results or conclusions are obtained as follows:1) vacuum modification of asphalt with high softening point (softening point 241 鈩,
